Seminars can be held at your location or offsite. We tailor the information presented to the needs of the your organization. After ordering we will schedule a
30 - 45 minute conference with your Team Leader to discuss expectations for the program.
Presenter Background
Susie Engelau
Susie Engelau earned her Myers-Briggs certification in 1996 and has helped hundreds of individuals and over 250 teams utilize the tool to better understand themselves and others. With
that understanding, teams can leverage the diversity of perspective from each member to accomplish challenging objectives or achieve more elegant outcomes. For 25 years, she has worked
with teams to address challenges, remove barriers, deepen trust, and clarify expectations.
She has worked with executive teams, middle management, sales teams, and operations teams ranging in size from 5 to 50 members and in various industries including banking, mortgage,
information services, security, and insurance. She has held positions as Training and Development Director, Consultant, Facilitator, Project Manager, Training Designer, and Operations
Manager. Her work in diversity, strategy-setting, leadership coaching, change management, and conflict management has produced positive, measurable results. She co-pioneered a
leadership development series in the Indianapolis Arts Community.
Susie has a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and completed IU's Executive Leadership Program, which she also helped to found. In addition to a certification in Myers-Briggs
Personality-Type Indicator, she has numerous certifications in leadership and change management programs and personality tests. She has served as a board member at YMCA and volunteers
in various community and church activities. Her hobbies include singing and running. She and her husband reside in Indianapolis where they've hosted numerous international students
and currently foster teens.
