Our Myers Briggs Seminar can be held at your location or at an offsite location. Typically lasting 3-4 hours in length, we tailor the information presented to the needs of the your organization. After ordering we will schedule a 30 – 45 minute conference with your Team Leader to discuss expectations for the Myers Briggs Seminar.
Myers Briggs Seminar Presenters
Susie Engelau earned her Myers-Briggs certification in 1996 and has helped hundreds of individuals and teams utilize the tool to better understand themselves and others. With that understanding, teams can leverage the diversity of perspective from each member to accomplish challenging objectives or achieve more elegant outcomes. For 25 years, she has worked with teams to address challenges, remove barriers, deepen trust, and clarify expectations.
Susie works with executive and middle management teams from 5 to 50 members in banking, manufacturing, government, dotcoms, medical, mortgage, churches, information services, security, and insurance. She’s held positions as Training and Development Director, Consultant, Facilitator, Project Manager, Training Designer, and Operations Manager and co-owns Inspire Results Business Advising. Her work in diversity, strategy-setting, leadership coaching, change management, conflict management, sales, and marketing has produced positive, measurable results.
Susie holds a BS from Indiana University and completed IU’s Executive Leadership Program, which she also helped to found. She co-pioneered a leadership development series in the Indianapolis Arts Community. She has numerous certifications in leadership, change management, and personality testing. She serves on boards and volunteers in various community and church activities. Susie is married to Roger and they have 4 grown sons. She enjoys singing, running, and world travel. They reside in Indianapolis where they’ve hosted numerous international students, foster teens, and currently host a Kenyan pastor to pursue a degree in the U.S.

Dr. Steve Weiner
Dr. Stephen Weiner is a coach, consultant, trainer and licensed psychologist in private practice in Yardley, Pennsylvania (Bucks County, right outside of Philadelphia). He holds a Doctor of Psychology degree and Masters Degree from The University of Denver, Denver, Colorado, and is licensed to practice as a clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Steve started his professional career as a child and family psychologist. After ten years of clinical private practice, he transitioned to Corporate America and became the first clinical psychologist ever hired by Merrill Lynch. Having the opportunity to work for the preeminent financial securities firm on Wall Street gave Steve an opportunity to blend his clinical skills with business and coaching skills for sales professionals and entrepreneurs.
After a highly successful twenty year career at Merrill Lynch, Steve re-entered private practice in 2008 and works with an array of companies, including Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, UBS, Janney Montgomery Scott, Met Life, Farmers Insurance, Invesco, The Gap, and Gibraltar Private Bank and Trust. Steve prefers to dispense practical and tactical advice to his clients so that they can use solutions that work immediately back in their teams, groups or organization.
One of Steve’s specialty areas includes running Myers Briggs Seminars and Myers Briggs Training workshops for organizations, business groups, workshops, retreats and traditional training. The goals for investing in Myers Briggs training can be varied.
