Guarantee and Return Policy

The benefits of using for your Myers Briggs testing are straightforward – We guarantee our Myers-Briggs reports to match your true personality Type® or we will prepare another report at no cost to you.

Occasionally persons taking the test will disagree with one letter in their Type® Report. Why does this happen? Most of the time this occurs because someone scored low for one of the four preferences indexes. Assume you take the Myers-Briggs test online and the test reveals you are an INTJ. However, after reviewing your report and our feedback you feel your true personality is ISTJ. We will prepare and send you the same report using your selected Type® at no additional cost. This way you are guaranteed to have the personality profile that most closely represents your true personality Type.

Testing Credits

Once used testing credits are non-refundable. We will not refund the cost of a test once the test is completed. We will however, make every effort to provide you with the most relevant information about your Type. Unused testing credits can be returned within 60 days of ordering. For instance, assume you purchased five reports for your company, but only four were used. We will credit one test back to the original credit card used within 60 days upon request. You can however, carry the unused credit forward and use it at a later time. You do not lose unused testing credits.
